PRODUCTION COORDINATOR/ JNR PRODUCTION MANAGER
Rare TV are seeking an experienced PRODUCTION COORDINATOR/ JNR PRODUCTION MANAGER to work on a returning show for a UK Broadcaster starting 31st March for 38 weeks.

Experience of working on presenter led factual entertainment preferable.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 Production Coordinator credits, be highly organised with great attention to detail, personable, confident with talent, have experience with call sheets, booking talent travel and accommodation, finance reconciliations, Silvermouse paperwork and Alvery Sustainability reporting. A knowledge of PMI would be an advantage but not essential.
Studio dates which you must be able to attend: 8th – 19th September in England.
This role is from pre-production through to final post so the ideal candidate would also have experience in post-production and final paperwork.
Rate will be based on experience.

They are seeking an experienced Production Manager to work alongside their team. The Production Manager will work alongside the series producer and production co-ordinator to perform the following key responsibilities:
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Manage invoices, pay bills and keep petty cash floats where required.
- Book crews
- Prepare crew and contributor contracts
- Liaise with local authorities for permits and permissions.
- Oversee location searches and release forms
- Create filming schedules
- Supervise call sheets and movement orders
- Ensure child licenses are in place where required
- Manage health and safety.
- Ensure adherence to data protection guidelines.
- Ensure location shoots run smoothly and the crew and production team are properly equipped.
- Ensure rushes are logged and sent to the editor.

Assistant Producer

The Assistant Producer will work alongside the series producer and researchers to perform the following key responsibilities:
- Work with the producer the finalise the content for each episode
- Meet with potential contributors to find their unique story and write a research report with recommendations.
- Create beat sheets.
- Carry out recces
- Look after the contributors (including children), ensuring they understand what’s expected of them.
- Help plan the filming and ensure all the paperwork is complete and filed.
- The ability to shoot is an advantage but not essential.
- Work with the producer to make edit notes of the shoots.
- Support the edit producer and editors, organizing footage, preparing materials, and assisting with the editing process.
