Voice at the Table – Equality Diversity and Inclusion for the Interactive Sector

The Pixel Mill will be hosting Voice at the Table, to deliver a workshop on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for the Northern Ireland interactive sector on Monday 27th February from 9:30am – 3:30pm at Ormeau Baths.
The workshop will look at the benefits of EDI to the industry and studios, common biases in workplaces and best practice. The workshop is for studios of all experience, whether studios have in-depth knowledge of EDI or are starting to develop their understanding. We are encouraging company founders and team leads to attend.
Voice at the Table is an EDI consultancy that work to support good businesses to become even better by showing them how to tap into the talents and ambitions of all their staff members. Voice at the Table have a track record within the video games industry working with Sega, Jagex and Sports Interactive as well as UKIE.
