Applications open for ScreenSkills’ Leaders of Tomorrow

ScreenSkills is recruiting for Leaders of Tomorrow. Candidates must be nominated by someone who is at senior level working within high-end TV. The nominees should be mid-level freelance professionals who have two or more high-end TV credits within their current role. This will need to be evidenced in the application.
The high-end TV Leaders of Tomorrow programme is a three-year inclusion programme focused on providing comprehensive and tailored support to mid-level professionals working in high-end TV.
It was created to meet industry demand for more effective career pathways to encourage increased diversity in leadership roles within the sector. The aim is to give professionals the tools to progress to a senior, decision-making role in the future.
They have access and resources tailored to what they need to progress to head of department or to a decision-making role in the future.
The programme provides:
- A mentor/champion
- Access to an high-end TV professionals pool of industry experts for tailored one-to-one support, advice and expertise
- Up to three part-funded placements per year for up to three years
- Bespoke grade and skills-specific training
- Networking opportunities and introductions
The deadline for applications is Monday 31st July.
