ScreenSkills to run workshop on the National Occupational Standards for Production Roles
Date Posted: October 10, 2018
ScreenSkills (formerly Creative Skillset) needs your help to review and develop the National Occupational Standards for Production (Film and TV) roles. The Standards are simply lists of the knowledge and competence required to do a job.
These Standards are used to underpin Apprenticeships in the devolved nations and help to guide the development of courses at all levels; as well as being a resource for industry to support recruitment and management activities across the UK.
To ensure ScreenSkills develop something that reflects current practice, employers and current practitioners are invited to a workshop to be held on Thursday the 18th October from 10.00-13.00 at Northern Ireland Screen.
If you would like to book a place at the workshop please contact Nicole Suter at [email protected] to receive an agenda and joining instructions.
There will also be further opportunities to review the Standards online later in the year, so please contact Nicole Suter if you are interested in being involved with the online consultation running from November-December 2018.
Please forward this invite onto any of your colleagues who you think may be interested in contributing to these reviews.
