Irish-Language Drama Crá Wins at Gradaim RTS Ireland 2025

Gradaim RTS Ireland 2025 were held last night, March 27th,  at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.

Hosted by Muireann O’Connell and Tommy Bowe, the Royal Television Society Republic of Ireland Awards were presented by Virgin Media Television with support from Screen Ireland, Coimisiún na Meán, Screen Producers Ireland, and broadcasters RTÉ, TG4, and Sky Ireland.

Among the winners on the night was Crá, the six-part Irish-language crime drama, which took home the award for Best Scripted. Produced by Fíbín Media and Zoogon Ltd for BBC Gaeilge and TG4, the series was supported by Northern Ireland Screen’s Irish Language Broadcast Fund, Screen Ireland, Coimisiún na Meán, Gréasán na Meán Skillnet, and About Premium Content (APC).

Set in a close-knit Irish village, Crá is a gripping story of murder, secrets, and justice.
