Gradaim RTS Ireland 2025: Nominees Announced for the Royal Television Society Awards

Gradaim RTS Ireland 2025 has announced the nominees for this year’s Royal Television Society (RTS) Awards, set to take place on Thursday, 27th March, at the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin.
The 2025 awards received an unprecedented number of entries, reflecting the growing strength and diversity of Ireland’s television industry.
Northern Ireland Screen is celebrating several nominations for projects it has funded and supported, as well as for productions from local independent companies. Among the nominees are the Irish-language drama Crá (Fibin Media & Zoogon Ltd) in the Best Scripted category, Stolen (Wildfire Films & Benson Productions) for Specialist Factual, Idir Dhá Bhaile: Ó Chíiv go Corcaigh (Below the Radar) in Current Affairs, and the Irish Language animated production Li Ban (Paper Owl Films) in Animation & Children’s Programme.
Northern Ireland-based production companies, including Green Inc and Alleycats TV, also received nominations across various categories.

The winners of the Outstanding Contribution Award, Breakthrough Talent Award, and Audiences’ Choice Award will also be announced on the evening of the awards.
This year’s ceremony is hosted by Virgin Media Television with support from Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, Coimisiún na Meán, Screen Producers Ireland, and broadcasters RTÉ, TG4, and Sky Ireland.
