BAFTA Breakthrough is now open to talented applicants working in film, games and television

The BAFTA Breakthrough Global Briefing Event will take place on Tuesday 13th July at 5pm for participants to find out more about the programme. The panel will be hosted by Edith Bowman and panellists include representatives from previous Breakthrough cohorts in the UK and USA, Netflix and BAFTA.
Breakthrough, supported by Netflix, is BAFTA’s flagship initiative that identifies and supports the next generation of exceptional talents across film, games and television. The annual initiative honours outstanding individuals who are making a name for themselves in their chosen field and who would benefit from being profiled by BAFTA and given access to our industry networks.
Participants are selected by independent industry juries and will receive a year-long programme of support to connect with the global creative industries, learn from top practitioners and share their expertise with their international peers.
