Applications open for short initiative, ‘Hope: The 1998 Referendum’
Date Posted: January 19, 2018
Northern Ireland Screen and the Community Relations Council are working together to support three new and emerging factual filmmakers, resident in Northern Ireland.
We are looking for up to three factual short films*:
- with an individual budget of up to £7,500;
- with a duration of up to 15 minutes;
- with a confirmed delivery date before 8th May 2018.
*It is intended that one Production Company will produce all three-short films.
The shorts would centre on the 1998 All Ireland Referendum and convey a theme of hope. For the avoidance of doubt the Referendum is the point of interest NOT the Good Friday Agreement.
The closing date for applications is Friday 9th February. Further details, including application information, can be found here.
