Writing for Kids TV seminar

Date Posted: September 22, 2022

We are hosting a Writing for Kids TV seminar with Raymond Lau on Friday 25th November from 12pm – 1:30pm via Zoom.

How can I write for Children’s TV?

This is a common question producers are often asked by both new and experienced writers in other genres. Sadly like most things in life there is no easy answer, or even worse in the television industry, there are far too many answers not all of which will help. In this bite sized seminar we aim to give you as much information as you can digest in 90mins. In Children’s TV we have less time and money to deliver quality output for the most demanding of audiences. Audiences who are making key choices about what they like and don’t like are a younger and younger age. Audiences that are maturing faster than ever before have more competition for their attention than at any time before. Join Raymond for a writing for Children’s TV seminar that will hopefully begin to answer some of the questions you need to know in order to rise to the challenge and demands of writing for Children and the growing young adult audience.
