CINE Outreach and Access Manager vacancy

As part of its ongoing work to address the impact of COVID-19, the Department for Communities in consultation with colleagues and sectoral bodies, has designed an Employment and Skills Initiative grants-based scheme called CINE. The scheme is aimed at funding the salaries and associated costs of new entry level employment opportunities, provide funding for training and upskilling of existing employees, and attract new entrants.
As part of CINE we are recruiting an Outreach and Access Manager on a six-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the CINE Skills Executive, the purpose of the position is to oversee the stakeholder engagement and opportunities provided by CINE. The role-holder will be supported by the CINE Skills Administrator with overseeing the participant’s journey and exposure to the industry. As CINE emerges, this role will be pivotal in developing and implementing the outreach and access strands of the organisation.
