Access Shorts table reading

Northern Ireland Screen will be hosting a table reading of the short films which were selected through the Access Shorts programme. The table reading will take place on Saturday the 23rd January between 9:30am-4pm at The Mac Belfast.
Access Shorts is an initiative to find film-makers exclusively from groups that are under-represented in the film and television sector
All the short films have been written by Northern Ireland resident writers. The short films being read are:
Muirgheilt
Writer: Tara Hegarty
There is a legend among fishermen that to have a woman on a boat is bad luck. A young eel fisherman named Fergus is about to discover first- hand how this legend came about.
Heavy Petting

Yoyo
