Game of Thrones season 6 on Sky Atlantic

Game of Thrones Season 6 will air on HBO in the US from 9pm (EST) this Sunday, 24th April, Sky Atlantic in the UK & Ireland will premiere the first episode at the exact same time, 2am (GMT) on 25th April and in its usual 9pm Monday night slot.
Based on the bestselling book series by George R.R. Martin, Game of Thrones is an epic tale of lust, treachery, and bloodshed that follows seven noble families as they fight for control of the kingdom of Westeros. This series goes beyond the books meaning no-one is prepared for what might happen.
Game of Thrones received funding from the Northern Ireland Screen fund supported by Invest NI. The series filmed in Titanic Studios in Belfast, the Linen Mill Film Studios in Banbridge, as well as various locations in Northern Ireland. Returning members of the ensemble cast for the sixth season include Emmy® and Golden Globe winner Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Natalie Dormer, Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner. The sixth season sees new cast members including the Golden Globe® winning Ian McShane. Executive producers, David Benioff, D.B.
