It is recommended that you join the British Federation of Film Societies (BFFS). As a UK-based organisation, BFFS is able to provide the appropriate advice on legal and licensing matters such as the effect of the UK 2003 Licensing Act and the requirements of film classification, as designated by the British Board of Film Classification. BFFS has different membership categories to suit your needs. Please visit the BFFS website for further information: http://www.bffs.org.uk/
BFFS and access>CINEMA can provide ideas on what films to show. Both offer a wide range of titles which may be booked for screening at economical cost and with minimum hassle. Membership of each organisation is required: as an affiliate of access>CINEMA, and as a Member or Associate of BFFS.
